Yashi Xiang, or "duck poop", is one of the most well known and sought after Dancong oolongs, grown on the original Phoenix Mountain, in the Dong Jiao village. It was so named because the original tea farmer who cultivated this plant didn't want the plant to be stolen by other farmers.

Tea: orange-yellow in color, malty, caramel notes, full-bodied
